"I can't speak highly enough about the help and service Kim provided us when we purchased a beach home in Nags Head. Not only did she help us navigate all the intricate policy needs that go along with owning a home at the beach, but she provided us with exemplary service in dealing with a question of coverage needs that came from our lender. Over the course of 5+ months, Kim called and e-mailed someone at our bank repeatedly until the issue was resolved and the bank was satisfied with Kim's explanation of why we were sufficiently covered. Her knowledge and commitment to protect us, her clients, were above anything we could have expected. We are beyond impressed with and appreciative of Kim and are blessed to have her in our corner.
